He plays an active role in building and maintaining high-level client and stakeholder relationships, advising the Board with strategic insights and market intelligence, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen Atlas Elevator Ltd.’s market presence and brand value. In addition, he mentors departmental leaders to ensure performance, accountability, and alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Mr. Abul Hasnat Saikat has over 9 years of experience in engineering, structural design, and project coordination within the construction and infrastructure sector. He also brings more than 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a strong focus on business development, marketing strategy, and financial oversight.
