Mahadi was born in Thakurgaon, in the Rangpur Division, where he spent his early years. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from one of the most reputed engineering universities in Bangladesh. With a strong academic foundation and technical expertise, he has a clear and comprehensive understanding of elevator systems and their electrical and control components.
As Business Development Manager, he plays a key role in project evaluation, client coordination, and commercial planning, ensuring that proposed elevator solutions align with technical requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
